Choice legal protection path of intangible cultural heritage

The intangible cultural heritage has been a valuable wealth of human beings,but now the intangible cultural heritage is facing a major crisis endangered and die,rescue and the protection of intangible cultural heritage brook is no delay.Due to the nature of the intangible cultural heritage special,only rely on traditional confirmation,archiving,research,recording,protection and promotion measures,can not fully protect the intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,it must rely on the law to the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
