The Study of CMC Ferment and Protein Produced by Rice Straw

Comparing with the ferment activity of different mycelliums in different culture medium, and choosing several combination ways, then determining the ability of producing unicellular protein, we can discover the protein increament of 173 is the most(7.11% ).
