The "combining work with study" mode which is carried out through a two-way intervention be-tween schools and enterprises to train talents by organically combining theoretic study、basic training of schools and practice of enterprises together. In foreign countries, there are "dual system" mode in Germany、"cooperative education" mode in America、"sandwiches" mode in England、"teaching-producing combo" mode in Russia and "combining practice and study" mode in Japan and so on. For our country, there are "order" mode、"theory- practice integration" mode、"working and learning alternation" mode and "two stage pre-distribution" mode. Inorder to use the experiences of foreign countries for reference, we ought to perfect the legislation of "win-win" type, cultivate the platform of "double-element" type, culture the teaching staff of "double-teacher" type and finally improve the vocational education mode of "combining work with study" in our country.
