Based on microscopic survey data CGSS2013 of China, this paper estimated the factors which influencehappiness of migrant workers after they move into the cities by using the ordered logit model. The results showed that city size is of a negative relationship with happiness, and different employment situations result in different factors influencing happiness.Changes in urban areas of different sizes also have different impact on happiness.Besides, individual differences exist in terms of the happiness of migrant workers, which are caused by individual, economic and housing features.
