The Elastic-plastic Propagation Patterns of 3-D Surface Fatigue Crack Under Bending Loads

The pass - through propagation patterns of 3 - dimensional semi-elliptical surface fatigue crack under bending loads in high temperature, and then the connection patterns of an inside surface crack and an outside surface crack were discussed An empirical J-integral equation proposed by author was used for the analyses and prediction of the propagation patterns of the surface cracks. The experimental studies for the surface crack propagation were also performed.
