Performance of Ignition Under Bed in Slurry Fluidization-suspension Boiler

There are three ignition methods for circulating fluidized bed boiler:static ignition,fluidization ignition on bed and hot fume fluidization ignition.This paper developed an ignition method of non-hydrocooling wind box hot fume fluidization ignition under bed.It has the advantages of simple equipment,easy operation,small consumption of fuel,rapid start-up,and achieves a good success in start-up of coal water slurry fluidization-suspension boiler.This paper summarized more than ten boilers' operating experiences of start-up of coal water slurry fluidization-suspension boiler in Shengli oil field,and discussed the future of application of this technology in CFB start-up,which has significance of instruction for the same type of boiler operation.
