Inverse Analysis of Particles' Size Distribution by Particle Swarm Optimizer Algorithm

A particle swarm optimizer(PSO) algorithm,which is based on the Mie light scattering theory with multi-wavelength and Lambert-Beer law,is presented to estimate the size distribution of particles.The novel PSO-based method is proved to be available to retrieve the reasonable size distribution of the particles,not only for dependent model but also for the independent model.
