Hybrid Desiccant Cooling Air-Conditioning System of Energy Conservation

ZHANG Yao,LI Wei-yi (Thermal Department of Tianjin University,Tianjin 300072,China)  
Basic principle of desiccant cooling is introducted and the system which is common useds is improved.In the new system,an air-to-air heat exchanger is adopted to reclaim the heat from the dehumidification.Return-air of indoor is used as the secondary air of indirect evaporation cooling system to decrease the primary air temperature.This paper computed the status parameters of two systems and compared their COP,the results indicated that improved system is more effective.
