Design of A New Type of Power-Saving Appliance with Harmonic Suppression

The design of RT power-saving appliance is based on the techniques of voltage-reducing and harmonic-restraining.The appliance concludes two parts.One is the Regulator for Voltage Stabilization(RVS),and the other is the Trap for Harmonic Suppression(THS).RVS reduces the active power of load by regulating the voltage to the ideal level.Also it reduces the surplus of energy from power net.THS reduces the distortion power by trapping the harmonic of particular frequency.It improves the quality of electric energy and saves power as well.The appliance is attested to its high power-saving efficiency by the simulation analysis.
