Identification Research for Rheological Characteristic of Working Fluid in Sewage Heat Pump

Urban sewage is a kind of excellent and reproducible heat source whose low-temperature waste is available.Sewage source heat pump,which is of energy-saving and environmental protection significance,can make best use of the exhaust heat in urban sewage for heating and cooling.Rheological characteristic of the urban sewage is an important basis of thermal and flowing calculation.In this paper,the relation of shear strain rate with shear stress of the urban sewage is determined based on experiments. Constitutive equation of the working fluid is confirmed by system identification method.Results indicate the sewage source heat pump's working fluid shows the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid,and belongs to yield-pseudoplastic fluid.
