Experimental Study on the Super Fine Grinding Performance of MPS Mill for Low NOx Pulverized Coal Combustion by Reburning

An experimental study on super fine grinding performance of the MPS mill was conducted for low NOx pulverized coal combustion by reburning.With adjusting the opening degree of baffle plate in the stationary classifier of the MPS mill,the fineness of pulverized coal was decreased,the particle size distribution was more even,but the power consumption and pressure drop of the MPS mill were increased.At the same time,the distributing characteristic of primary air was changed.
