Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the financial spillover effect has become increasingly apparent, posing a tremendous threat to financial stability. In this regard, avoiding "policy conflicts" of macro-prudential regulation will help to achieve higher-level global social welfare while maintaining the financial stability in both developed and developing countries.
