Urban highway Survey and Design Based on GPS

The development of survey technology making the existing highway design and construction of the rules and regulations of the construction measurement put forward new requirements,based on the improvement of precision,measurement efficiency should be improved.GPS technology has faster real-time positioning speed,simple operation,automated measurement data processing,can provide higher measurement accuracy,and has a wide range of applications in various fields.In order to introduce GPS technology into urban highway survey and design,the highway surveying in Handan as an example to describe in detail the application of GPS technology in practical measurement,using GPS static control measurement,real-time dynamic measurement technology,completed the highway preliminary survey,highway design and highway identification and other tasks.In full compliance with the requirements of measurement accuracy,practice has found that the use of GPS for highway measurements can fully meet the needs of highway design and construction.
