The Excursion of Value Orientation in Pre-service Teacher Training and the Correction

The problem of value orientation in pre-service teacher training is discussed because the value orientation determines the direction of teacher training and it is the premise for successful teacher training. In modern society dominated by globalization and market economy,teacher training is faced with multicultural environment,such as diversified cultural environment,interest-based market economy environment and a performance management environment with priority for efficiency. Such environment produces a series of problems,such as the weakened publicity,the vague training orientation,limited training ability and examination-oriented training. The conflict of value orientation has been revealed. Therefore,research ought to be done on the problem of value orientation in order to adjust the direction of teacher training.
