On the “Emotion-Humanity” Orientation of Pre-service Teacher Training

From the historical exploration of pre-service teacher training,the reform of teacher education,which emphasizes the spirit and human orientation,is revitalizing. The emotion-humanity-oriented pre-service training attaches importance to the development of teacher's emotion,morality,self-awareness,individuality,attitudes towards handling interpersonal relationships and skill cultivation. It considers knowledge,skills as"knowing"that is external to individual teachers,and it must enter the teacher's cognitive ontology through emotions,infiltrates into his life and behavior,and finally turns into accomplishment. Therefore,we need to pay attention to the "emotion-humanity"accomplishment of normal students at the "entrance",and cultivate individualized teachers based on the individual experience of normal students in the "process".
