WANG Mu-hua;LI Ruo-yi;Faculty of Education,Southwest University;
This paper focuses on the life ontology of teacher's professional development. With the cognitive method of metaphor and analogy,it discusses that the thinking pattern of teacher's professional development should transform the way of thinking from traditional linear thinking to nonlinear thinking. In addition,complex thinking,innovative thinking and integrated thinking can be used to understand and promote the process and mechanism of teacher's professional development. In the meanwhile,research perspectives should be changed to think about teacher's professional development from the angle of teacher's life growth,employ a new "metaphor"to describe teacher's professional development and to understand the process of teacher's professional development in a new "analogy"way. The "field view","event view"and "life view"of teacher's professional development should be established to achieve teacher's life consciousness and self-realization,which will contribute to the sustainable development of teachers.
