On the Essence of Teacher's Morality and Teacher's Morality Cultivation

Morality is acquired character in which people strive for excellence,and it is cultivated in the interaction with the outside world. Teacher's morality is morality-based professional character. It is acquired professional moral character that has been cultivated in teaching that teacher does by teaching requirements and a personality trait showed in the state of professional morality. Teacher's morality cultivation should go by the construction theory,identity is its starting point,teacher 's identity is not inborn identity,but selfacquired one,identity constitutes the internal framework of teacher's professional life,and teacher's morality cultivation is the process of self-determined construction in the framework of identity.
