Respecting Teachers: Noble Occupation or Equal Humanity

Based on the profession of "preaching",respecting teachers lies in teachers' interpreting,preaching and defending the doctrines,and the logic of being respected is the legitimacy of the power maintained by the doctrines. In the exam-oriented education,the professional respecting teachers has become the examination skills training worship oriented by performance appraisal,which is essentially a professional preacher. Whether it is a preacher or a professional one,it is the reflection of the instrumental rationality of teaching occupation,not the respect for human. Based on the equality of human nature,respecting teachers focuses on the commonness and greatness of teaching occupation,the independence and sanctity of teachers as human beings. It means that the professional orientation of teachers is that teachers are ordinary people and learners,and that the connotation of their specialization is the self-realization of teachers as human beings and the deduction of human nature on their professional journey.
