Simulation on vibration reliability of supporting part of structural package of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack

To calculate the fatigue life of the structural package of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack,a CAD model of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack is established by CATIA;the CAD model is meshed by HyperMesh;the obtained finite element model is imported into MSC Patran,the input load spectrum and the boundary condition are confirmed,the stress load is calculated,and the vibration reliability of the supporting part of the structural package is simulated. The results indicate that whether on the common road surface or on the enhanced road surface,the supporting part of the structural package can meet the life requirements of vehicle. The simulation results can provide references for the design of mounting system of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack.
