Simplified dynamic analysis method of ship-bridge collision:simplified models

To promote the application of finite element analysis into bridge design engineering,two simplified mechanical models which are applied to dynamic analysis and design of ship-bridge collision,i.e.simplified forced oscillation model and simplified collision model,are proposed.Based on the numerical simulation of collision,the simplified impact force and simplified no-linear contact rigidity of ship bow in the two models are obtained.Three kinds of simplified mathematical models for impact are proposed,which are half-wave sine function,modified half-wave sine function and multi-line function.The numerical models of collision are established for the bulk carrier of 3 000 DWT,5 000 DWT,10 000 DWT and 50 000 DWT,then the collisions on rigid wall are calculated under different initial velocity,and the parameters in simplified impact load model and simplified non-linear contact rigidity model are obtained according to equality of impulse and energy.
