Mechanical behavior analysis on metal diaphragm of outer seal structure of valve

As to the miniaturization design of valve,the mechanical behaviors of the mental diaphragm,which is one of the main parts of the outer seal structure of valve,is studied by using numerical simulation method.The stress and deformation of three-layer mental diaphragm is analyzed under the effect of axial force and high-pressure.On the condition of effective seal,the impact of the layer number of mental diaphragm on axial force and maximum equivalent stress is analyzed.The result can prove references for the design of valve and mental diaphragm.
