Safety computation on vacuum clamping in explosive processing

To solve the safety problems of vacuum clamping in explosive processing,3D dynamics analysis is performed on the processing of vacuum clamping of explosive.Considering the effects of gravity,centrifugal force,cutting force,and so on,the computation method and formulas of the vacuum clamping safety factors under static,rotating and cutting conditions are established.By C ++ programming,the safety computation program is developed,by which the vacuum clamping safety factors can be calculated rapidly and automatically.The method can provide references for process planning and tooling design and help to prevent or decrease accidents in explosive machining.
