Reliability design of hydraulic machine frame based on response surface method

As to the effect on the strength reliability of hydraulic machine frame caused by the uncertainty of geometric parameters,load parameters,material parameters and so on,the parametrization modeling of large hydraulic machine frame is done by APDL;the fitted samples of response surface are obtained by finite simulation cycles with Monte-Carlo method and response surface method;the regression analysis is performed on the samples and the functional formula between response variables and basic variables is obtained.The probability strength design and sensitivity analysis are implemented for the hydraulic machine frame.
