Design of Robust H_∞ Controller for Uncertain Systems with Time-varying Delay——LMI Approach

This paper is concerned with the problem of analyzing and designing robust H_∞ controllers for time-delay systems which have uncertainties in both state and control input with norm-bounded time-varying uncertainty.A sufficient condition for the given systems with H_∞ properties is presented in terms of a certain linear matrix inequality(LMI),and by solving the LMI,get the designing method of the robust H_∞ controllers.Finally an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the design method.
