Intelligent Extraction of Lockup Clutch Control Law for a Hydrodynamic Transmission Based on ANFIS

Based on ANFIS toolbox of Matlab,a method to extract intelligently the control law of a lockup clutch is proposed. The paper elaborates the structure and principle of ANFIS,classification of the control law of lockup clutch and the extraction steps,and then gets the control law of lockup clutch after training by ANFIS. Comparing the law with that gained from real vehicle test,the deviation value and deviation rate of control parameters are obtained. The result shows that the control law trained by ANFIS is consistent with the result of the vehicle test. This method to extract the control law is feasible.
