Analysis on the Selection and Fever Layout of AC Controller's MOSFET Tube

A 80 V /400 A AC controller is taken as an example. Choosing two types of power MOSFETs,the controller's layout and overall structure are determined according to the types and parallel numbers. The fever layout simulation is made by using ANSYS. The result shows that the less the MOSFET number and the resistance,the more the heat,but its structure can be improved; the more the number and the resistance,the less the heat,but the structure is more complicate. The model of power MOSFET determines the overall layout and the heat transfer performance of the controller.
