Corrosion Behavior of Grey Organic Coating with Electrochemical Noise Technology

To explore the protection performance of organic coating under the comprehensive function of ultraviolet and salt fog,the paper takes grey organic coating of military vehicle as study object and designs ultraviolet and salt fog cyclic exposure test,and tests the corrosion behavior of grey organic coating with electrochemical noise technology. The result shows that the protection performance of grey organic coating in this environment is decreased sharply,and the electric potential and current fluctuation standard deviation of electrochemical noise is related to failure level of coating. The noise resistance and limit spectral noise resistance have the same variation tendency,which can be used to evaluate coating failure degree.
