Win-win mode of emission reduction and service in central heating system

Taking the heat supply by Oil-field Thermal Power Plant to Daqing Heating Power Company in the recent three heating periods as the example and based on the curves of outdoor temperature,heat supplied,flow of supplied water and the difference in supply and back water temperatures,it proposes to adopt such strategies as "altering area of heat-supply service in multi-phases","high quality efficient delivery","sequential enabling and disabling"and "high quality and low price"targeting at heat source enterprises.It compares the effect with that of 40t/h boilers and raises suggestions on the implementation of the strategies.It demonstrates the important role of the strategies in energy conservation and emission reduction,as well as the improvement of environment and enhancement of service quality in cities.
