Analysis of related factors of aseptic surgical incision infection in department of orthopedics and value of nursing intervention in operating room

Objective:to analyze the aseptic incision infection risk factors of department of orthopedics,and explore the corresponding nursing intervention measures in operating room.Methods:A total of 456 cases of aseptic surgery patients admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as subjects,the 456 cases of patients in department of orthopedics clinical data were studied and retrospectively analyzed,according to whether the patients after surgical incision infection will be divided into the infection group and non infection group,and to compare the clinical data of the two groups of patients,leading to the risk factors of incision infection in department of orthopedics sterile surgery patients were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistics regression analysis,and develop corresponding operating room nursing intervention measures.Results:456 cases of aseptic department of orthopedics surgery patients,there were 42 cases of incision infection after surgery,the incision infection rate was 9.21%.the single factor analysis and multivariate logistic linear regression analysis showed that age,type of surgery,place of surgery,site of surgery,time of surgery,and combined with diabetes were risk factors for postoperative incision infection in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Conclusion:Patients with orthopedic sterility after surgery are prone to wound infection because of age,type of surgery,place of surgery,site of surgery,time of surgery,and combined with diabetes.Clinically,patients should be treated with operating room intervention to avoid related risk factors.
