Study on the Permanent Magnetic Composite Transmission Mechanism of CVT System

Taking the advantage of the high efficiency in gear transmission and the no wear feature of permanent slip transmission,apermanent magnetic slip transmission mechanism of close planetary gear differential drive mechanism is presented,a new variable speed system whose ratio range is about 6is got.The appropriate power flow of the transmission route and the mode of operation have been are designed after its work and influencing factors are analyzed.The efficiency of the system and the relationship of the transmission ratio are derived by theoretical calculations.The results show that the system efficiency in most conditions is about 85%,and a basis for further research is provided.
