Reliability Optimization Design for Four Ring Plate Type Reducer

The problem of reliability optimum design for double crank four ring plate type cycloid reducer is discussed.The reliability optimum design calculation model of three design variables,an objective function,18constraints conditions are established.Through calculation and comparison,it is observed that the volume of cycloidal gear in the double crank four ring plate type cycloid reducer driving by double electromotor is decreased,and the transfer power of reducer unit volume is increased,it shows that mathematical model is reasonable and the calculated results is effective.This has the extremely important reference value regarding the ring plate type cycloid reducer reliability optimization design further research.At the same time it has certain use value to improve the ring-plate cycloid reducer product quality,reduce the cost,short the design cycle.
