Study on the Application of OMA and QICA in Gearbox Fault Diagnosis

Through the gearbox vibration mechanism study and the LMS modal experiment analysis,using the operational modal analysis(OMA),the study of gearbox failure diagnosis is carried out.Considering the existing problems of low SNR(signal to noise ratio)and signal aliasing in the vibration diagnosis experiment,the quantum independent component analysis(QICA)theory is introduced,which is an improved algorithm that applies quantum optimization theory on independent component analysis.Meanwhile,the signal feature extraction method based on QICA is proposed,and the purpose of fault diagnosis is achieved by using BP neuro network identification.
