Structure Analysis on Planetary Gear Train used in AT of CX31

Planetary gear train is the core of the automatic transmission(AT)and is the key part to decide the performance of the AT.Taking the three planetary sets of planetary gear train of CX31as study object,based on the kinetic formulations of single stage planetary row and two stage planetary row,the combination manner and the characteristic of the planetary set are analyzed.Transmission ratios of different shifts are calculated respectively.Keep the transmission ratios the same in different shifts,the feature and the possibility of the three rows single stage planetary sets are studied comparably.Results after comparison supply us with a novel idea and theory in the design for heavy tracks.
