Optimation Design of Printer Roller Based on ANSYS

The roller is the essential component of packaging printer.The design dimension is larger than expected according to traditional design method based on experience.In this paper,the structural optimization design that based on finite element analysis(FEA)is applied on a case of package printer'roller which designed by KSL Packaging and Printing Machinery Co.,Ltd and obtained optimal structure size after building the finite element model.The result shows that the structure is reasonable and feasible after improving the printer roller according the structure size.
