The System of Signal Generation and Analogy I/O in the Virtual Instrument

Aiming at the vibration measurement and experimental of Structure Connection of the Flange,the embedded controllers and data acquisition card are considered of the main hardware,through the application of the Virtual Instrument LabVIEW software,a system of signal generation,signal output and data acquisition is designed.Which simulates to generate a pseudorandom with adjustable frequency and sinusoidal signal,the vibration table is excited by output signal,and then collected acoustic emission and acceleration data,through the vibration of the flange,which can provide the basis so as to identify the state of flange.After testing and application,the system will be able to run normally and is functional reliability,the data analyzing and processing for the future has been laid a good foundation and met the design requirements.
