Improvements in Technique of Madding Ultrathin Section for Transmission Electron Microscope

In order to find out a improve technique which is easier and more economical one of madding ultrathin section for transmission electron microscope,it is important for us to take samples of dicotyledon and monocotyledon to make experiments and a study on this objective.In this way,two results got which show as follows: ①applying the improve technique,more ultramicroscopic structures which have been observed are distinct and integrity;②the improve technique shown in this paper is more economical and more easier one of madding ultrathin section for transmission electron microscope.
