Identification and Comparison of the Upland cotton Marker System of Zhang' s Okra Leaf

The preservation,development and utilization of new germplasm resources are the responsibility of scientific and technical workers. In June 10,2012,Zhang Hongfa found the okra leaf marker system( Nantong Zhang' s system 12- 06- 10). Through comparison and analysis with similar materials,he found that the variety had differences with other varieties in leaf shape,genotype and marker character. It proved that the variety was a good material with good comprehensive properties and a new okra leaf marker system. Zhan Hongfa cooperated with the Agricultural Science Research Institute of Regions Along Yangtze River of Jiangsu. ctal. Through 4 years breeding with a strain transfer,they found that the variety had stable genetic traits and no significant variation,it could be directly used in production and hybridization for heterosis utilization.
