A Test for Bacteriostasis in vitro of Natto Extracts and the Culture Solution of Bacillus natto against Intestine Bacteria in Piglets

Bacillus natto were obtained from purchased natto by division and purification,and two raw fluids of nattokinase(NK)and natto bacteriostatic substances were extracted from natto,and applied in bacteriostatic tests against six bacteria in vitro,such as Lactobacillus and E.coli,etc.The result showed that the culture solution of Bacillus natto had stronger bacteriostatic function than that of other two raw fluids of natto against intestine bateria,such as E.coli and Staphylococcus,but its effect on Salmonella and Lactobacillus was not evident.
