Development of Metallocene Catalysts for Synthesis of Syndiotactic Polystyrene

Syndiotactic polystyrene(sPS) is a novel engineerin g plastic, which has high melt point, fast crystallization, low density, and good processability,so it has wide prospects. Metallocenes as catalysts is the princi pal catalyst for synthesis of sPS. In this article, the properties of sPS and de velopment of the metallocene catalysts for synthesis of sPS were introduced.
