Objectives: To study the methods and skills of looking for the paranasal terminal of lacrimal canal in anastomosis of lacrimal canal fractured by trauma, so as to increase the success rate of the operation. Methods: We looked for the paranasal terminal of lacrimal canal at the wounded surface of paranasal eyelid, around the lacrimal caruncle 2～3mm superior/inferior posterior during the operation. Suture or epidural anesthesia catheter was used as the filling material. Results: All of the operations ( n =26) were successful, lacrimal passages were unobstructed while lacrimal syringing. Conclusion: The anastomosis is a simple and of high success rate operation.
