Developing Teaching Monitoring: New Exploring on Classroom Management

Developing teaching monitoring is a new exploring on classroom management under the background of overall carrying out competence education.It's an open and multidirectional monitoring which value orientation refers to promoting health and harmonious development of teachers and students,and pursuit autonomous classroom full of vigor and vitality.Compared with traditional unidirectional teaching monitoring focused on supervise and control,developing monitoring not only has guarantee function,but also has research function and promoting development function.Its characteristics are taking preventive measures,giving priority to self-monitoring,and whole persons and whole process.
