Analysis of the Novice Teachers' Cognitive Confusion of Identity and Coping Strategies

Every teacher need to undergo an indispensable stage that from a student in school to a normal teacher. In the process of role changing, the novice teachers who are moral practitioners are confused with the cognitive confusion of identity. The novice teachers face and deal with four relations between them and students, school administrators and colleagues, students' parents and themselves. This paper analyzes the performance of novice teachers, and proposes some methods for solving novice teachers' cognitive confusion of identity from prevocational school, working school and themselves.
