The Construction of Higher Vocational College Core Competence Model on the Basis of Customer Value

In the overall background of modern vocational education system construction acceleration, how to build up and promote core competence on the basis of customer value in the fierce market competition plays vital importance in the development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, this paper puts forward the concept of higher vocational college customer value with reference to the customer value philosophy in enterprises, analyzes the relation between customer value and higher vocational college core competence from three aspects, and explores the construction of higher vocational college core competence model on the basis of customer value with the focus on the creation and delivery of customer value.
