Education Belief:An Inherent Motion in Teacher's Professional Development

With the development of teacher's professional, its lack of inherent motion become more and more prominent. In order to overcome the defect, the teachers must find the internal which forcing to promote the professional development of autonomy. Education belief in the spiritual pillar of living and working as a teacher education teachers to improve the quality of education and life, which get rid of the contradictions of the role of teachers 'professional development within and promote ways to enhance the spiritual power of the teachers' professional development initiative. It is better to change the defect by strengthen and consolidate the education belief.
