Analysis and structure of the six factors of learning power

In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars hold a variety of views on the connotation and elements of learning power. Professor Pei Dina put forward "the six elements" of learning power, which means Knowledge and experience, Strategy and introspection, Will and enterprise, Practice and activities, Cooperation and communication, Criticism and innovation. She had demonstrated the internal logic relations about the six elements, and divided it into three levels: Knowledge and experience, Strategy and introspection, Will and enterprise are the first level, which is the foundation of learning; Practice and activities, Cooperation and communication are the second level, which is the approach of learning; Criticism and innovation is the third level, which is the highest state of learning. This paper attempts to interpretation the six elements and the three levels in detail, in order to provide operational basis for the practical application of the six elements learning power mode; to encourage teachers to improve teaching methods; to offer a reference for enriching learning evaluation system.
