Research on the audit of construction cost pre-settlement

This paper introduced the audit scope of construction cost pre-settlement,and analyzed the existing problems in project cost pre-estimation audit,put forward corresponding processing methods,in order to through scientific and comprehensive pre-settlement audit,achieved the objective to effectively control project cost.
