Research on terminal heat recovery of coal plasma pyrolytic acetylene process

This paper researched the terminal heat recovery scheme of coal plasma pyrolytic acetylene process,through the surplus re-use( reload heat exchanger) of the steam with 120 ℃ ~ 225 ℃ of outlet temperature in surface heat exchanger of overall process terminal of coal plasma pyrolytic acetylene process,made the heat use rate improved,heat loss reduced,the waste heat fully used,reduced the acetylene cost,through the research this method was feasible and effective.
