Economic comparative analysis on partial frame supported shear wall structure and common shear wall structure

Diao Zemin;Chen Kai;College of Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering,South China Agricultural University;  
Combining with the 11-story commercial residential building engineering conditions,put out a partial frame supported shear wall structure with the first layer conversion and a common shear wall structure. Guangsha structure CAD is used for the calculation of internal force and reinforcement. Guangsha budget system is used for the calculation of unilateral steel content and structural cost. At last,it makes a comparison on the economic performance of two structural scheme. It turns out that the difference of economic indicators is not obvious. In order to adapt to the requirements of commercial and residential building that it need a big space in the first floor,it suggests that we should take the form of structure with conversion layer first.
