THE EFFECT OF ENHANCEMENT OF MICROELMENT ZINC ON IL_2 PRODUCTION OF HUMAN T_H CELLS

The effects of microelement zinc in different concentrations on IL_2 production of human TH cells were reported in the paper.IL_2 product- ion was assayed by improved MTT eolorimetric analysis. The results shwed that IL_2 production was remarkbly increased wh- en the concentration of zinc was within 0.153～765 μmol/L. The zinc of 1.53 μmol/L concentration possessed quite significant increase effect(P0.01).The present study has showed that the effe- ct of increase in zinc on IL_2 production is not dircctly related to the drug.
