Objective To explore the clinical effect of in vitro mechanical AIDS expectoration drainage combined with alveolar lavage under bronchoscope in the treatment of severe head trauma and lung infection. Methods 88 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and lung infection in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group( 44 cases) and control group( 44 cases) according to different treatment. Patients in the control group were given conventional intravenous antimicrobial therapy combined with fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage therapy, while patients in the experimental group were given in vitro mechanical AIDS expectoration drainage treatment on the basis of the treatments of the control group. Treatment effect, index of lung infection( CPIS),duration of fever and pulmonary rale and lung imaging lung lesions absorption time of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 86. 36% and72. 73% respectively. The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Index of lung infection( CPIS),duration of fever and pulmonary rale and lung imaging lung lesions absorption time of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, which were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion In vitro mechanical AIDS expectoration drainage combined with alveolar lavage under bronchoscope in the treatment of severe head trauma and lung infection has proved to be clinically effective, which can significantly improve pulmonary infection, relieve symptoms, promote faster recovery of patients and has higher clinical application and popularization value.
